Two adults and one juvenile arrested in north La Crosse shooting incident

The La Crosse Police Department is referring two adults and one juvenile to the La Crosse County District Attorney’s Office for criminal charges after a shooting that took place early Thursday morning.

Officers were dispatched to 200 8th St. North for reports of multiple gunshots that were fired into the residence at 229/231 8th St. North. No one was inside at the time.

Investigators identified Roy Lee Bullard, 19, Mahlaki Malik Delacruz, 18, and a juvenile. Police are referring charges for all three on 1st-degree reckless endangerment of safety and disorderly conduct.
