A ‘not guilty’ plea in court from the Minnesota man accused of killing a bar employee in La Crosse last month.

Timothy Young is being scheduled for trial after a short appearance in court Tuesday, for the shooting death of Anthony Fimple.

Witnesses say Young shot the 19-year-old Fimple, a greeter at the Twisted Moose bar on 3rd Street, after being denied entrance to that bar in late June.

La Crosse police say Young made threats and caused trouble at other La Crosse bars in the weeks before Fimple was shot.
