Vodka Sauce Lasagna
Recipe via The Vintage Kitchen
Ingredients:
- 6 sheets of lasagna noodles
- 1-28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
- 1-28 oz can whole peeled tomatoes
- 1/4 package of fresh spinach
- 10 basil leaves
- 1 medium container of ricotta
- 1/2 cup of vodka
- 1/3 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream or half and half
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 finely chopped shallot
- 1 tsp of nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 chicken breasts (cooked)
