Roasted Radish Pizza

Ingredients:

Pizza Crust ……………………………………… 1 Each
BUTTER,WITHOUT SALT…………………….. 2 Tbsp
OREGANO LEAVES,DRIED…………………… 1/2 TSP (ground)
GARLIC,GRANULATED……………………….. 1/2 tsp
RADISHES…………………………………….…. 1/2 CUP (slices)
OLIVE OIL……………………………………….. 1 Tbsp
LOW FAT CREAM CHEESE……………..……. 1/3 cup
HELLMANS LIGHT RANCH DRESSING…… 1/3 cup
SPINACH……………………………………….… 1/2 CUP (chopped)
TOMATOES………………………………………. 1/2 CUP (chopped or sliced)
FAT FREE PARMESAN CHEESE……………… 1/4 cup
SHREDDED MOZZARELLA…………………… 12 oz

Directions:

  1. Melt Butter and add oregano and Garlic. Stir until melted and combined.
  2. Brush seasoned butter onto crust and bake at 300 degrees for 6-8 minutes or until slightly crisp.
  3. Put diced radishes in food processor. Toss with olive oil and roast in a 425 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until starting to turn golden brown.
  4. Mix softened cream cheese and ranch dressing together until smooth. Spread evenly onto crust.
  5. Top with spinach, roasted radishes, diced tomatoes, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese. Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
