News yesterday was a surge in cases over 1,400 showing on Iowa’s COVID-19 dashboard.

Well, in the past 24 hours, beginning at 4 a.m. Thursday, the dashboard shows an increase of 2,621 cases, along with 14 deaths.

No word online at this point on whether there’s another glitch with the website.

Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds did shutdown some bars yesterday due to the virus.
