Coulee Region Cooks
Pickled Red Onions
A fantastic acidic contrast to the char of the grill.
Ingredients:
- 2 Red Onion, halved and sliced thin
- 1C Lime Juice
- 1/2C White Vinegar
- 1T Honey
- 2t Salt
Directions:
Place sliced onions in bowl
Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over onions.
Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours, and enjoy!
