Pickled Red Onions

A fantastic acidic contrast to the char of the grill. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 Red Onion, halved and sliced thin 
  • 1C Lime Juice
  • 1/2C  White Vinegar
  • 1T Honey 
  • 2t Salt

Directions:

Place sliced onions in bowl

Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over onions. 

Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours, and enjoy!
