Single-vehicle crash leads to drug arrest
The Vernon County sheriff’s office is investigating an accident that happened Thursday morning.
Pamela S. Peters, 33, of rural La Farge drive into the ditch on Cty. Rd. D north of Kirking Rd. around 6:53 a.m. She could not get out of the vehicle by herself and was treated by La Farge EMS for minor injuries, according to a news release.
Peters refused transport, but was arrested on drug charges.
