Surviving driver in crash that killed two from Black River Falls won’t be charged with homicide
A driver involved in a fatal head-on crash last weekend in Rock County will not be charged with homicide, but he could still be tried for driving drunk.
Investigators have now determined that Jason Zembroski from Muskego was not the driver who crossed the center line and caused the collision.
It is believed that the driver of the another vehicle crashed into Zembroski’s pickup on a county highway north of Milton, Wis.
The other driver, a 68-year-old man, and his 90-year-old female passenger were both killed. Both were from Black River Falls, Wis.
Zembroski and his passenger were injured, and Zembroski was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.
