Vote Safe Project to discuss voting safely amid pandemic

Voting by mail is perfectly safe. Voting by mail leads to voter fraud. It can be hard to separate fact from fiction these days. But knowing the truth is critically important when it comes to participating in the democratic process. That is why tonight we bring you the Safe Vote Project, a one-hour virtual discussion about voting safely, and making sure your vote counts. This bipartisan discussion seeks to separate fact from fiction when it comes to voting this November. Panelists include Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul and former Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen, co-chairs of the Vote Safe Coalition. Also on the panel, Reid Magney of the Wisconsin Elections Commission, and La Crosse County Clerk Ginny Dankmeyer.  They will answer questions about election integrity and voting safely during a pandemic from area media, and from you. You are invited to take part in tonight’s broadcast. You can listen here on WIZM beginning at 7pm, or watch the discussion on the WIZM website or Facebook page. You can ask questions during the broadcast on the WIZM Facebook page, you can email questions to [email protected], or text your questions to 785-7914. With a record number of people expected to vote absentee this November, it is important to know the facts, and to make sure your vote counts. Join us tonight beginning at 7 for the Vote Safe Project, here on WIZM.
