Wisconsin’s new mandate limiting public indoor gatherings goes into effect at 8 a.m. today.
Building capacities must be limited to 25%, which includes businesses, stores or facilities where the public is allowed, as well as ticketed events.
The order excludes outdoor spaces, private residence, unless it’s an event open to the public, office spaces, manufacturing plants and places only accessible by employees.
Other exclusions include schools, health care, child care and public infrastructure operations.
The order will remain in effect for two incubation cycles of COVID-19 (2 weeks per cycle), ending on November 6, 2020.
