Man arrested for September burglary in La Crosse County

The La Crosse County Sheriff’s Office used public information to arrest the suspect of a burglary that happened at the Vault Bar and Grill in Rockland Sept. 8.

Harley Kulp, 23, faces burglary and possession of stolen firearm charges after his arrest Oct. 23. Surveillance video showed a white male entered the business and caused $5,000 worth of damages.

The only item taken was a Ruger SR1911 .45 handgun that was on display for a raffle. That gun was recovered in Monroe County on Oct. 27 and will be returned to the owners.
