Third meth suspect from 2015 bust facing new drug charges

A La Crosse woman convicted on meth charges in the past has been arrested in a new drug case.

KoJoua Vu is suspected of keeping a drug trafficking place. 

The 30-year-old Vu was sentenced to prison after being arrested in 2015, as part of a widespread meth operation run between La Crosse and Minneapolis. 

Seventeen people were arrested in that drug bust, and two others charged in that 2015 operation also have been brought up on new meth charges in the past week. 

   

A native of Prairie du Chien, Brad graduated from UW - La Crosse and has worked in radio news for more than 30 years, mostly in the La Crosse area. He regularly covers local courts and city and county government. Brad produces the features "Yesterday in La Crosse" and "What's Buried on Brad's Desk." He also writes the website "Triviazoids," which finds odd connections between events that happen on a certain date, and he writes and performs with the local comedy group Heart of La Crosse. Brad been featured on several national TV programs because of his memory skills.
