Friday is the nine-month-and-one-day anniversary of Wisconsin’s state Legislature passing a bill of any kind.
UW-La Crosse political science professor Dr. Anthony Chergosky has the solution to ending that streak: Legalize “Cocktails to go,” or as I call it, “The Roadie Bill.” Pandemic solved in the most Wisconsin way.
