Galesville man charged for firing shots in an apartment complex

Galesville Police charged a 60-year-old man with endangering safety by use of a firearm after a shooting incident in an apartment complex after 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Police responded to a call from someone whose patio door was shot out around 10:14 a.m. Multiple gunshots followed.

After an investigation, Galesville Police determined Craig S. Reedy lived at the apartment complex and fired multiple rounds from his residence. Those rounds hit other apartments in the nearby building.

No injuries were reported. The incident is still under investigation.

The Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Office and Trempealeau Police Department helped at the scene.
