The La Crosse County Health Department announced Tuesday there will be a community-based COVID-19 vaccination clinic for the region.

In a Facebook post, the health department said they received the update from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. In a partnership with community partners, AMI Expeditionary Healthcare, LLC, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, and the Wisconsin National Guard, the site is meant to fill gaps for vaccine access and is another option for the region to receive a vaccine once residents become available.

More information will be shared online.
