Single-digit COVID cases in La Crosse for 5th day; 15.5% of county fully inoculated
For the fifth consecutive day, La Crosse County was in single-digits for new COVID-19 cases.
Tuesday, the county added six cases and is now averaging 7.3 a day the past week.
Six days in a row in single digits hasn’t happened since June 9, when the county simply didn’t have a day of cases in double digits. The first day that happened was June 10 with 15 cases.
As for vaccines, 15.5 percent (18,327) of the county is now fully inoculated, while 25.2 percent (29,744) has gotten at least the first shot.
