The all-dog show with the Dvoraks on La Crosse Talk PM
Amber and Adam Dvorak joined La Crosse Talk PM to talk dogs.
Amber heads the Monroe County Dog Shelter & Animal Welfare Department. We asked her about her weirdest calls there, what to do when you see a dog in a hot car, some turtle talk and the recent house fire in Sparta that claimed the life of 26 dogs — 12 puppies.
We also brainstormed for a bit, an idea with Adam for a dog rescue boot camp, as he often takes the pups at the shelter on trail runs. We didn’t mention that Adam’s nickname to some is “The Beef,” which may have something to do with the six pack he runs around with at all times.
