Mid-West Family’s Rounds For Rescues golf tourney returns to Fox Hollow Golf Course on Sept. 16 to raise funds for the Coulee Region Humane Society (CRHS).
The $280 registration for a 4-person team includes 18 holes, carts, lunch, and the chance to win great prizes and raffles.
Coulee Region executive director Heather Drievold said their staff is excited for a fun day on the course. And, yes, their pet therapy teams will be there.
“They’re going to socialize with the golfers, and I think they’re going to hang out by a couple of the games to entice those golfers for some of those cool shots, for chances to win prizes,” Drievold told Z93.
There are still a few slots left for teams to join in on the furry fun, get signed up HERE.
CRHS is also in the middle of their 18th annual adopt-a-thon, this year titled Furassic Park.
The event features a “name your own adoption fee” for cats, kittens and select dogs.
“We have a number of wonderful animals that have been with us for a while and really looking for their forever home,” Drievold said.
They have such a large volume of adoptable animals, which is extended through Sunday. Find more info on adoption HERE or support by ordering an amazing “Furrassic Park” shirt HERE.
