Some of the things covered on La Crosse Talk PM were, of course, healthcare and legalizing marijuana. Also discussed a woman’s right to choose, as well as teacher pay and funding education.

Swiggum, a Gays Mills, Wis., native, is running Wisconsin’s 96th District, which goes from the south of Tomah to Prairie du Chien, covering parts of Monroe, Vernon, Juneau, Richland and Crawford counties. She’s the Democrat in the race running against Republican Loren Oldenburg.
