Onalaska teen, charged with attempted murder in stabbing 15-year-old girl, approved for neurological examination
A neurological exam may be ordered for a 17-year-old from Onalaska, who’s charged with first-degree attempted murder.
The request for an exam comes from the attorney for Austin Bailey, awaiting trial for allegedly choking and stabbing a 15-year-old girl in her own bedroom back in September.
The victim was was sleeping when Bailey attacked. She woke up as he allegedly took out a knife and began stabbing her.
The girl fought back and Bailey ran. Police called his phone and he surrendered shortly thereafter and was still carrying a knife.
Bailey’s personal insurance would cover the cost of an exam. His attorney asked for the examination, due to past incidents involving his client.

There is no indication that he attempted to rape this girl.
More importantly you are talking about a child. Bailey was 17, a child, when he allegedly committed this act.
It seems to me Kent that you are a disgusting child abuser who delights in the suffering of children.
