Apartment fire closes down central portion of Spring Grove
An apartment fire in Spring Grove shut down much of that city’s downtown Thursday night, also leading to a detour on Highway 44 through town.
The fire occurred above a hardware store on Main Street in Spring Grove. No report on injuries, or on a suspected cause.
Some power outages in Spring Grove are also being blamed on the fire.
Part of Minnesota Highway 44 remained closed this morning after that fire.
