Anthony Schmidt was able to leave the La Crosse County jail shortly after his cash bond of $50,000 was lowered in court to $10,000.

A prosecutor said the state is still waiting on some evidence in the case, so Schmidt won’t be back in court until May.

Schmidt, the manager of La Crosse Archery, is charged with four felony counts of possessing child pornography and sexually exploiting children.

He’s been placed under house arrest with electronic monitoring.
