Three suspected of damaging La Crosse ramp with spray paint

Three people are accused of spray-painting graffiti inside a downtown La Crosse parking ramp.

City police say the two men and one woman were seen on security video painting messages and symbols inside the Riverside ramp near the La Crosse Center last weekend, on Friday night and Saturday morning. A criminal complaint identifies the suspects as Robert Gardner, Daniel Underwood, and Kirsten Wojcehowicz.

On Tuesday, Wojcehowicz was jailed for graffiti, and for bail jumping for violating her bond after a previous graffiti incident at the Market Square ramp.

Drawings and phrases in black spray paint were left on upper levels of the Riverside Ramp. near the La Crosse Center.  Underwood told police that he was drunk at the time, and the incident was stupid.
