As I See It

Some good police work this week

Some props for police. A couple stories in the news this week got me thinking. The first dealt with the tragic school shooting in Nashville. Police in this case responded quickly, and stormed the building. Within four minutes of their arrival, the shooter was dead, likely saving additional lives. By contrast, officers who responded to the school shooting in Uvalde, Texas last year waited 77 minutes before storming the classroom. The Nashville police response was efficient because like most officers they are heavily trained for a variety of scenarios, including school shootings, and followed that training to the letter as they took down the gunman. The other story for which police deserve accolades is an arrest stemming from the firebombing of an anti-abortion group in Madison last year. The office of Wisconsin Family Action was the target of Molotov cocktails and graffiti. DNA from evidence at the scene didn’t produce a hit in a national database. But when police found their suspect, they saw him discard a fast food bag in a public garbage can. They tested that and it matched the DNA discovered at the scene of the firebombing. The suspect was arrested as he tried to flee the country. These types of responses are only possible because of all the training officers undergo. They deserve our thanks, because that was some good police work there Lou.

Times have changed there’s alot of mental unstable people out there most on medication and illegal drugs Joe Bidengotti said he doesn’t want to turn t n schools into prisons he promised to unite Americans but has only pitted us against on another with every other word coming out of politicians mouths is RACIST RACISM. Let’s guard our schools with veterans rather then paying billions of dollars for more IRS AGENTS and insure our kids AND GRANDKIDS ARE SAFE. I THINK EVRYONE CAN AGREE ON THAT. AND THATS THE WAY I SEE IT
