Three-vehicle crash on Cameron bridge backs up morning traffic into La Crosse

An accident involving three vehicles backed up rush hour traffic on the eastbound bridge into La Crosse this morning, around 7 a.m. 

There was a report of a car pushed up onto a concrete barrier for a time, as the result of a crash.  County dispatch says no one was seriously injured, but an air bag was set off because of a collision. Two of the three vehicles involved had to be towed from the Cameron Avenue bridge.

Eastbound traffic into La Crosse is held up by bridge accident on Apr. 18th, 2023

One car reportedly was pushed up onto a concrete barrier along the right lane on the bridge. Traffic in the eastbound lane of Highways 14 and 61 was lined up back to Pettibone Park for several minutes, as police worked to clear the accident scene.
