Meth charge could lead to life in prison, under federal charges against La Crosse man
A La Crosse man has been charged in federal court with maintaining a drug house and possessing meth.
Alfredo Almanza was arrested last Wednesday in La Crosse by area police on a warrant from U.S. District Court.
The 42-year-old already faces state charges dating back to last March in La Crosse County for maintaining a drug place and possessing 50 grams or more of meth.
If he’s convicted on the federal counts, Almanza could get five years to life in prison on the meth charge.

SO WHY WAS ALFREDO OUT OF JAIL AFTER METH CHARGES. OH GLORIA DOYLE MUST OF BEEN THE JUDGE THAT SLAPED HIS WRIST. JUST LIKE THE VAN THIEF THAT DROVE THE VAN INTO THE RIVER evidently THE JUDGE LET HIM OUT WITH ANOTHER SLAP ON THE WRIST THEN WHILE OUT OF JAIL BEAT SOME 78 YEAR OLD MAN WHO NEEDED SURGY FOR NUMEROUS INJURIES. AND THE VAN THIEFS DAD HELPED HIM. WE GOTTA GET RID OF THESE JUDGES. VOTE THEM OUT OR HAVE THEM DISBARRED
