La Crosse Irishfest founder Pat Stephens on how it got started 18 years ago, what to expect this weekend

Irishfest begins Friday in La Crosse and runs through the weekend. This is the 18th annual festival, which was founded all those years ago by Pat Stephens and a couple of friends.

Stephens joined La Crosse Talk on Thursday to tell that story and what we can expect from this year’s celebration at the festgrounds in downtown La Crosse.
