Six months after a woman’s disappearance in Winona, which was followed by her murder, the case continues to move slowly in court.

Fravel

Madeline Kingsbury’s body was found in Fillmore County, after she was reported missing at the end of March.

Shortly after the discovery was made, Kingsbury’s former boyfriend, and father to their two children, Adam Fravel, was arrested. The case hasn’t moved ahead much since then.

A late July hearing for Fravel was postponed until Friday. That hearing is now being put off, as well.

The last time a delay was announced, attorneys said hundreds of pages of evidence had to be reviewed.

Thousands of people reportedly searched for Kingsbury, a mother of two, after her disappearance.
