Santos does the wrong thing, again
New York Congressman George Santos is a serial liar, a fraud, a cheater, and possibly a thief. He doesn’t deserve to be a member of the United States Congress. But it would be a slippery slope if members of Congress voted to expel him. The first-term Republican got elected after telling tall-tales on the campaign trail, claiming he worked on Wall Street, that he was rich, that his grandmother was a Holocaust victim and that his mother worked in the World Trade Center on September 11. None of those things were true. Santos allegedly lied to campaign donors and used their money on fancy clothes, Botox, and on the porn site Only Fans. A House Ethics investigation found plenty of evidence of Santos’ lies, and he is facing federal charges of wire fraud, money laundering, theft of public funds, and lying to Congress. It is hard to have any sympathy for this guy. But it would be premature for Congress to vote to expel him, as they are poised to do today. In the entire history of Congress, only five members have been expelled, for things like treason. But Santos has yet to be convicted of anything, and as such should be presumed innocent. Santos should do the right thing and resign, but a man who spent this much effort trying to win election isn’t about to go away quietly. It would be the right thing to do, but Santos has a long history of doing the wrong things.

Oh, c’mon. Congress has dumped members of both parties. And this one is clearly a reason to get rid of this guy. Nothing hypocritical at all.

Hilarious, Santos will probably expelled and Menendez from New Jersey is accused of being a foreign agent and sits quietly in the Senate.
As for just the lying part of the charges, he is just copying DICTATOR JOE BIDEN who has told whoppers of his own.

But by removing Santos the Republican’t margin will get tinier and they won’t have to worry about actually doing anything.
Meanwhile, Homeland Security chief Mayorkas who is also guilty of being a liar, fraud, cheat and certainly a thief (costing taxpayers $500 billion per year to support illegals) as well as negligence of his duties that will change this country forever, is under threat of impeachment as he has been for the last two years…with no real action to hold him accountable by either party. Our government is a bad joke.
