The 41-year-old Fry allegedly killed his stepfather following an argument Thursday night at a house on Farnam Street, allegedly firing about 10 gunshots during the incident. Police say Fry and the victim lived together at a home on Denton Street, where a fire occurred late on Thursday night. Fry is being charged with 1st degree murder, and felony possession of a firearm, but he is not charged in connection with the house fire.
