Impeachment hearings a waste of time and resources
It’s time to stop the charade. Ever since Joe Biden took office, Republicans in Washington have been trying to tie the President to some sort of corruption that reportedly involved Ukraine, and Biden’s son Hunter. They said they could prove that the Biden family is corrupt and that as a result, President Biden should be impeached. They have begun impeachment hearings in Washington, despite not having any evidence of their claims. They continue with those hearings, despite the fact that their “star witness,” who claimed to have the proof that Hunter Biden and his father benefited from Hunter’s relationship with a Ukrainian energy company. That star witness has now recanted his claims saying he found “zero proof” of the Bidens’ criminality. And it turns out this source has Russian ties. But that hasn’t stopped the impeachment hearings. They continue to be held, even though it is clear this trial is based on lies. It is also clear that if impeachment charges were brought, the House and Senate don’t have the votes to pass them. In fact, they may not even vote at all. Yet they continue to hold these mock hearing, and continue to spout lies, hoping something will stick. Surely, given the state our country is in, they can find more valuable uses for their time and the taxpayer’s money.

Throw the laws right at them. Political bias of a prosecutor. Special counsels chosen inside government. Not allowing Shokin to speak or Republicans into hearings. Not able to follow money of accusers. No room in hotel he was accused of peeing on prostitutes. Using his own money for Daniels, nuclear codes changing with new administrations, online info for years about how close submarines can come, automatic delivery of funds to Ukraine, missing laptop, libraries that bill and use collection agencies, and failure to follow up on leads.

Where were your pleas to stop impeachment hearings when Trump was being railroaded. We’re still waiting for Adam Schiff to produce his evidence. Looking back with “open” eyes we see Trump was innocent that of which he was impeached. As for the Bidens, you should open your eyes. Millions of dollars has been funneled to them through shell corporations. In return for what? Hunter Biden’s ability to smoke crack and spend quality time with hookers? We even have Old Joe’s boast on video of how he held hostage taxpayer money from Ukraine in order to blackmail them into firing a prosecutor looking into the company paying Hunter. I guess to say there is no evidence is going back to Clinton’s proclamation of ” It depends on what you think is,is”.

Impeachment hearings are always a waste of time no matter who it is being impeached.
The Washington Examiner printed the article regarding Hunter’s laptop and was denounced by the New York Times and Washington Post along with others. The story was correct and those two papers had to finally sheepishly admit it.
We know, even if you do not want to admit it, Hunter was selling the brand. The facts are there but just like Democrats on they do not want to accept them. Turn on the news and it is hardly mentioned.
The news media will not even tell you two U S congress persons made a secret trip to Cuba at the same time a Russian foreign affairs diplomat flew ifrom Moscow. Why no mention? Both members of Congress are Democrats.
Trump should not be President again but the biggest threat to our democracy is the MEDIA.

strange, zero mention of this when they tried to impeach President Trump for looking into Ukraine corruption. we all see the tangible REAL evidence on the bidens but you want us to let it be? zero actual evidence on Trump and you remain silent? Shame!!!

WIZM is referring to Alex Smirnoff, who the U.S. gov arrested, was released on bail, then re-arrested, and given no bail. Clearly witness intimidation.
Regardless, the star witness is not Smirnoff, but is Bobulinski, who was actually in the room with the Big Sleazy Hair Sniffer when the deals were made. Bobulinski under oath cites numerous components of the FCPA (Foreigh Corrupt Practices Act) law violated by the Bidens.
The investigation of Bidens was done through the impeachment venue because that gives them the power to probe areas otherwise off limits to Congress.
Schill columns like this is why the media has ZERO credibility.

This is a process in which the truth can come out from people put under oath to either tell the truth or perjure themselves at congress; in addition, to affect the electorate to consider who to vote for; in addition to watch fools make fools of themselves (Dems); both, to which is never a waste of time.

Let’s stop slinging mud at each other- right or left- we are all Americans and our constitution is NOT being lived out the way it was intended… we need true reform, term limits for congress, they have to find their own health insurance when done with one job and in the private sector. Quit ragging on each other, focus on getting things done!! The whole “recess” instead of passing needed financial support to allies- sickening. Scott Robert Shaw serves as WIZM Program Director and News Director, although this is not news it is comments to stir up the listeners. New should be reported un-biased.
Unbiased is reporting the previous administration impeachment hearings and the waste of monies spent after Adam Schiff had no evidence after he kept stating he had it. The government knew the Steele Dossier was falsified. The presented it to the FIA court numerous times after they knew it. Read the Horowitz report.
Biden shell companies are real yet Mr. Scott doesn’t report this- A shell corporation is a business that is formed that has no actual business operations. They are mostly created for money laundering or sometimes for parking early startup funds. They do not employ anyone or provide any services.
There is a SPJ Code of Ethics for journalist to have impartiality. Clearly Mr Scott does comport to this standard.
