Gallagher made MAGA mad and is now paying the price
Talk about kicking a guy when he’s down. Wisconsin Congressman Mike Gallagher of Green Bay will be leaving his seat soon. He had already announced plans not to seek re-election to a fifth term. Now he has announced plans to step down before his current term ends, and that is angering some of his fellow Republicans. Gallagher had already fallen out of favor with the MAGA crowd because he was one of three House Republicans not to vote to impeach the U.S. Homeland Security Director over the nation’s border policies. His decision to step down came soon after, as the writing was on the wall. Now one of his colleagues, Marjorie Taylor Greene, is calling on Gallagher to be expelled before his planned retirement date. Gallagher will step down on April 19, two weeks after the deadline for calling a special election to fill the remainder of his term. That makes it likely his term will be unfilled for the rest of the year, leaving Congress with a razor-thin Republican majority. So Greene thinks Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson should expel Gallagher immediately, allowing a special election to be held. She said Gallagher “betrayed us.” No, Gallagher voted his conscience, but that isn’t good enough for MAGA world. If he doesn’t tow the party line, he must go. That seems to be the way things work in Washington these days.

You are correct. Votes, like elections have consequences. He made an incorrect choice, he lost credibility. Much like you. You have no credibility other than as a leftist schill.
WIZM is fast becoming a repository of leftist skatah. I can no longer stomach LaCrosse Talk PM, so I do not listen to that any longer. When your opinion comes on, I can feel my blood pressure rise 10pts. So, I vote with the radio knob, I just turn it, TaDah, I no longer have to hear your afternoon programming, your strangely myopic political opinions, and none of your advertisers.

I agree that congress lost a good person so rarely do we agree since you are usually a shill for the left and the democrats.
The moderates from both parties that we need so badly are leaving because of the extremes of both parties and not just the Republicans.
I, at least strive to call it down the middle unlike the media of which you are sadly a part.
Remember that the a pro life person is not welcome in the Democratic party any longer.
