A La Crosse man is sentenced to 18 years in federal prison for receiving child pornography, by posing on-line as a teenage boy.

Thirty-three-year-old Seth Fagan pled guilty in federal court earlier this year.

Investigators say Fagan received hundreds of nude images from minors throughout the country. After getting the images through Snapchat, Fagan allegedly threatened the minors in the photos, claiming he would publicly share the images unless he got more pictures.
Judge James Peterson says Fagan’s actions were ‘disturbing’ and ‘calculating,’ and ordered Fagan to be on supervised release for life after he serves prison time.
