As I See It

Debates set, but will it matter?

We learned this week that once again, the presumptive nominees for U.S. President will meet in a series of debates. But will it make a difference? Joe Biden and Donald Trump have agreed to participate in two presidential debates, one on CNN and another on ABC. This year the debates will be earlier in the calendar, the first being held in June, and that makes sense. With more and more people voting absentee or early, it makes sense to hold the debates before the ballots are returned. There will be other changes this year. There will be no live audience to witness the debate in person, and the candidate who is not being called on to speak will have their microphone cut off. That should prevent a repeat of the first presidential debate of the last election, which turned into a shouting match. What isn’t clear is just what difference participating in these debates will mean for the candidates, or their supporters. But what could possibly happen on the debate stage that would change who we intend to vote for? Do we really not know all we need to know about the candidates before we vote this year?

Two proven liars going at it. Two presidents that are both a disgrace to the office. Two presidents who should not even be running if they cared about this country.
We, the American people, have got reach a point that as was stated in the movie Network: “ We’re made as hell and not going to take it anymore”.
To get there, we need a media that is not going to suppress news. As an example, the Hunter Biden laptop and all the fact that Hunter was selling the Biden brand and that meant Joe to anyone who was interested.
If it were Trump’s sons, it is all we would hear.

The pundits have suggested the DNC convention will be an open convention. In other words, they will boot Biden out……..here is the second part….for Michelle Obama.

The DNC forced Biden to accept debates…..after avoiding them….in my view.

This early debate will show America that Biden is not strong enough to beat Trump….with the post debate polling numbers showing this. This will give the Democrats all the reason they need to do what they want to do anyway….get the unpopular Biden off the ticket and Michelle Obama in [especially after the Earth shattering polling numbers for Black voters supporting Trump]. Traditionally it has been about 9% support for any GOPer…including Trump. It is now a staggering 23% of Black voters supporting Trump.
