Former UW-La Crosse chancellor Joe Gow hearing over keeping teaching job happens in 2 weeks
In two weeks, former UW-La Crosse chancellor Joe Gow will appear before his former colleagues at a hearing to determine if he will be able to teach at the university.
Gow was fired late last year when the UW Board of Regents essentially, discovered he was posting porn videos with his wife online and affiliating with actors in the adult film industry.
Gow was removed from his post as chancellor, but hoped to be able to teach at the university.
A hearing June 19 will determine his future at UW-L.
Gow, apparently, plans to represent himself, while the UW System has a team of lawyers ready to argue that he must go.
Gow says the First Amendment protects his right to make pornography.
He and his wife, Carmen Wilson, a former UW-L employee, continue to make porn videos and now have over 10,000 subscribers to their OnlyFans account. They also post cooking videos with porn stars on their Twitter and YouTube pages called “Sexy Happy Couple.”
Gow is prohibited from setting foot on campus, but continues to draw an $80,000 a year salary while his future at the school is decided.
