No seasons off for La Crosse Oktoberfest royalty.

The Oktoberfest royal family will be part of La Crosse’s Riverfest in three weeks, while the Commodore banquet will be held later this week.

Current Festmaster Jeff Wrobel has been traveling quite a bit during his reign.

“Since going to St. Paul for the winter carnival in January, Canada in February, the St. Patrick’s Day parade in March, all the way up through Oktoberfest, there’s something every week, and usually two or three things every week,” Wrobel said.

The Festmaster was put to work last week, taking part in the unveiling of the 2024 Oktoberfest button design, which was unveiled last week.
