Rachel Brockway entered the plea, admitting to providing a mix of drugs to her boyfriend in February of last year.
The man died after taking the drugs in a parking lot. An autopsy found both fentanyl and heroin in his body.
A lesser drug charge against Brockway was dismissed as part of the negotiated plea.
The reckless homicide charge carries a maximum sentence of 46 years, but Brockway is expected to get a lesser sentence.
Brockway will have a two-hour sentencing hearing before Judge Scott Horne on Oct. 1.
