As I See It

Biden still best candidate to take on Trump

In the wake of his disastrous debate performance, calls are growing for President Joe Biden to step aside. That would be a mistake. Yes, Biden looked feeble and confused during his debate with Donald Trump. But Biden still represents the best candidate to defeat Trump in November. Polls after the debate showed Biden took a small hit in his chances, but is there a better democratic candidate who stands a better chance by entering the race this late in the game? Not according to polls. They show Trump with a slight lead over Biden, but they also show about the same margin for Trump against the likes of Gretchen Whitmer or Cory Booker or Kamala Harris or Gavin Newsom. Switching quarterbacks doesn’t always lead to a victory. Such a move would also give more ammo to Trump. No, Biden should stay in the race, and stay on the attack. The same issues continue to define the race, and Biden can still win on the issues. It may have gotten more difficult, but that is why it is critical for democrats to wholeheartedly support President Biden, who remains the only person to defeat Trump in an election and remains the party’s best hope again in 2024.

says alot about the democrat party and their people. the best they have to offer is an old, white guy, with one of these things happening: dementia, senility, early onset alzheimers. He is a pathological liar, which for some strange reason, none of the democrats or chamber of commerce republicans, seem to want to reference, ever! Biden will either die, or forget he is alive in a second term. I can see it, you can see, the country can see it, and the world certainly sees it. It is pathetic!

If one watched the bitter, snarling, divisive old man, void of character, wisdom, and self awareness delivering his speech regarding the supreme court decision on the matter of presidential immunity, as a followup to the debate disaster, it is impossible to think a second term of Biden, with Harris soon stepping in, is good for the country.

The polls show Biden took a significant hit that places him well behind Trump, beyond the polling margin of error. All his future appearances will be in the shadow and taint of his mental and physical decline.

This, after the Press and Dem Party, spent weeks telling the public not to believe their own eyes…inventing yet another new term “cheap fakes” deliver their fraud against the American people.

Biden is about all Democrats have at this point. To throw him under the bus because he’s old doesn’t sit well with older voters, Newsom looks like a used car salesman, Whitmer is a foul-mouthed weekend Yooper, Cory Booker is from Joisee, Kamala is best remembered for Keeping adulterer Willie Brown happy and thinks the border is just fine.
Republicans, on the other hand, have a deep bench after Trump’s second term and will have strengthened the already firm Supreme Court. Things are looking up. Now, if we could just make some changes locally……

I blame both political parties and the voters who voted for Trump and Biden.
The last three Presidents ( Obama, Trump , Biden) have in their own way contributed to making this world a much more dangerous place.
I blame the media for protecting both Obama and Biden.

I blame all the voters who voted for both Trump and Biden.
I blame both parties for not doing more to groom candidates.
I blame Obama, Trump and Biden for either their actions or inactions that have made this world a far more dangerous place,
I blame the media for protecting Democratic Presidents.
You have greatly contributed to the mess we are in
