William Garcia is the Democratic Party chair for La Crosse County and the 3rd US House District in Wisconsin, But, he’s also a delegate, who will be asked to choose the replacement for Joe Biden on the ticket.

I’m relieved to hear Democrat Chair-3rd District- Ivan Garcia say he’s supporting Kamala Harris because he’s “always thought Harris could take over quickly if, God forbid, anything happened to Biden.”
He supports my feeling that Biden should resign immediately. Nothing to worry about putting Kamala in charge tomorrow..today, even.

Biden’s follow-on and belated endorsement of Harris is said (NYTimes) to be an f-you to those that pushed him out of office. In other words, he knows she cannot win and endorsing her only screws those Dems who stabbed him in the back by boxing them in and excluding other potential candidates. Biden is right for once.
Her experience is colossal failure of national security at the border and unlimited baby killing. Abortion is the only 3 syllable word she knows. But she adores Venn diagrams because it’s so cool to say the words.
I doubt Putin would even bother to meet with such a lightweight who completely lacks gravitas.
