La Crosse Salvation Army’s Quam on homeless update, July giving campaign

Michael Quam is the development director for the Salvation Army of La Crosse and we discussed the homeless situation in the area, the city-county plan to end it and what the community needs to do.

We also talked about the increase in need at the Salvation Army and its July Giving Campaign winding down.
