Monday afternoon, La Crosse’s Valley View Mall finally reopened.

Stores inside the 44-year-old mall opened for the first time since alleged maintenance problems, reportedly involving air conditioning that caused most of the building to shut down Thursday.

Valley View was purchased about a year ago by the Kohan retail investment group, which owns dozens of shopping malls around the U.S., including properties in Mankato, Cedar Rapids, and Marshalltown, Iowa.

This is a lie the power was shut off because of non payment on behalf of the mall owners, and Amie the mall manager is lying and she knows it.

This is all part of the script from kohan, just search kohan retail power outage and you will see this is normal across the country.

The mall management is claiming maintenance so they don’t need to pay out tenants for loss of revenue or possible food waste.

This was confirmed by three separate kohan retail employees who don’t want to be named for fear of retaliation and was also verified by xcel energy.
