Veterans breakfast Saturday at Oktoberfest grounds kicks off final day of Big River Rally

A celebration of veterans with a color presentation, breakfast, plus programs and services, happens Saturday at the south Oktoberfest grounds kicking off the final day of Big River Rally.

The public is invited to start the day at 7 a.m. with the American Legion Riders’ colors presentation, followed by breakfast. There will also be information about veterans services, and programs available for past and present service members and their families.

Breakfast is just a $10. All the money raised will be donated to veterans programs and services throughout the Coulee Region.

Heyer Heating & Air Conditioning has helped support the Big River Rally Veterans Breakfast.

The Big River Rally begins Friday with a ride along the Mississippi River, followed by a Buckcherry concert. Saturday’s festivities after the veterans breakfast include another ride with WKTY’s Bill Michaels, and Jackyl’s Jesse James Dupree, through the Coulee Region.

There will also be multiple bike stunt shows, a motorcycle show, vendors and its capped off with Jackyl in concert.
