Donald Trump names moderator for La Crosse town hall
Hours after she endorsed Donald Trump for president, Tulsi Gabbard was named the moderator for the ex-president’s upcoming town hall in La Crosse.
Donald Trump’s campaign made the announcement late Monday. The town hall is scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday at the La Crosse Center. Doors will now open for that event at 2 p.m., an hour earlier than initially scheduled.
Gabbard endorsed Trump on Monday afternoon during an event in Detroit.
Gabbard, who was a Democratic US House rep., ran for president as a Democrat in 2020, and lasted longer than Kamala Harris in the primary.
But, she switched to an independent two years ago, saying the Democratic Party is dominated by an “elitist cabal of warmongers” and “woke” ideologues.
Since then, she’s campaigned for several Republicans, including Mike Lee and Kari Lake. Gabbard has also become a Fox News contributor.

I have tickets with my two sons. How can I ask a question? I am 85 years old and want to thank President for no tax on social social security and ask a health care related question. Also I want Seniors in Wi to know the importance of their vote.

Tulsi is a real pro. The local news heads should watch to see how it’s done.

Here we have yet another Democrat or former Democrat coming out in support of Trump. Neither Kennedy or Gabbard are conservatives, yet they are willing to put their differences aside given how destructive Harris would be.
Of course, WIZM buries the lead in favor of the “moderator” story.
