Truck catches fire, damages two trailer homes, two other vehicles, in Trempealeau County rollover crash

A Galesville man survived a fiery highway crash with minor injuries though he may be charged with drunk driving.

The Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Office said the 31-year-old reportedly went off County Road K near Galesville late Friday night.

His truck hit a small tree and rolled over several times, striking another tree, a fence and a cement building.

Two homes in a trailer court and two other vehicles were damaged due to the accident.

It was reported that the vehicle was on fire with someone still in it, but the fire was out and the driver left the vehicle before law enforcement arrived.
