Vice President Kamala Harris is headed Thursday to campaign in La Crosse.

Harris is likely to hold an event at the La Crosse Center but no details have been released, including when or what type of stop she’ll be making.

Harris was last in La Crosse in April discussing women’s healthcare, where she took part in a roundtable at the Hmoob Cultural and Community Agency on Ward Avenue, before heading to the La Crosse Center.

Thursday’s trip, though, will be her first as the Democratic presidential nominee.

Along with La Crosse, Harris will also stop in Milwaukee and Green Bay.

This will be her sixth visit to Wisconsin — her third in Milwaukee County. Harris launched her presidential campaign there in late July with a rally in West Allis.

Harris was last in Wisconsin Oct. 3, campaigning with Liz Cheney in Ripon, the birthplace of the Republican Party.

Meanwhile, running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz will be in Eau Claire and Green Bay on Monday, joined by Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers to kickoff a bus tour that will also include Democratic Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.

First lady Jill Biden will campaign in Madison on Monday, as well.

No word on Donald Trump or running mate, Ohio US Sen. JD Vance’s next visit to Wisconsin. Trump last stopped in the state last weekend for a rally in Juneau.
