Just hours after she left La Crosse with her husband, Gwen Walz called back into La Crosse Talk PM. The wife of Democratic Vice Presidential candidate Tim Walz joined to talk about education, her husband and his advocacy for women and the underprivileged.

La Crosse Talk PM airs weekdays at 5:06 p.m. Listen on the WIZM app, online here, or on 92.3 FM / 1410 AM / 106.7 FM (north of Onalaska). Find all the podcasts here or subscribe to La Crosse Talk PM wherever you get your podcasts.

Also, we did ask her if Tim’s getting anxious — not because of the election stuff — but because there’s no deer hunting in Washington, DC., despite the deer population thriving and the need to reduce that population. Minnesota gun season starts this weekend.

There’s dufus knucklehead Tampon Tim Walz hiding behind his teleprompter in front of a small, hand picked crowd.

Meanwhile, JD Vance talks extemporaniously about a wide range of issues with accuracy and gravitas, in front of a standing room only crowd of over 1,000 from all walks of life. Vance even stopped to have his picture taken in front of La Crosse’s own “Worlds Largest Six-pack.”

The look on Gwen Walz’ face is priceless, it seems to say “Tim, did you take my last tampon?” Little does she know Solem took it.

Have we seen one single improvement in test scores, and more importantly, the ability to use critical thinking in the last 25 years?

My own experience with the public school system with my child was very gray! Site reading, would not, could not teach phonics, would not, could not correct spelling errors because it may hurt a childs self-image, would not, could not teach simple math concepts….etc…

We experienced the instantiation of the black national anthem, and the black awards day, and several school day skits emphasizing white privilege, how the white child has a head start just due to skin color? Now school is bastardizing biology, destroying the fabric of the family, and sowing disunity between parents and children. This is what education under the democrat, and dare i say it, the compassionate republican looks like.

School, has one purpose, the education of our children. Teach them to think, teach themm to reason, teach them hard things.

Elect Harris/Walz and our education system sinks to the next level, personally, i think it is sitting on top of the rust at the bottom of the barrel, under a Harris/Walz administration, we will be the slime beneath the rust.
