Fravel found guilty on all counts in murder of Madeline Kingsbury

Adam Fravel has been found guilty on all four counts in the murder of his ex-girlfriend, Madeline Kingsbury.

The jury in the Fravel trial announced the verdict late this morning in Mankato, where the trial was moved because of publicity in Winona County. Kingsbury’s remains were found in June of last year in the Mabel area. several weeks after she was reported missing. He faces the possibility of life in prison.

Fravel will be sentenced in Winona County on December 17th

Fravel had been tried for three weeks in Blue Earth County, and the jury began deliberations Wednesday night. He was convicted on two counts each of first-degree and second-degree homicide.

Minnesota state court officials tell WIZM that Fravel’s sentencing will take place in Winona on December 17th.
