La Crosse County and 3rd Congressional District Democratic Party chair William Garcia breaks down how Wisconsin fit into the mix, both nationally and locally, in the past election.

    Glad you had Ivan Garcia on the air, Solem. He had been missing since the election. When political types disappear following an election, it’s usually because they’re sleeping one off or afraid to show their face around town. I thought he was hanging out with Judge Janet congratulating her on that Supreme Court vote that set in motion the redistricting which lead to the “clean sweep” referred to here. Fist bumps galore.
    But even Mayor Reynold’s rousing endorsement at Kammie Harris’ college rally couldn’t put her over the top in Wisconsin. Hizzoner will have to begin looking over his shoulder locally. Some serious Mayor’s competition has emerged, if he’s running.
