The murder happened at a house on Farnam Street. The 42-year-old Fry could be examined for competence before his next court hearing, around the middle of next year. Four charges have been filed against Fry, including endangering safety and arson.

He remains in the county jail, on a bond of $750,000. Fry is scheduled to return to court in June.
